"I was just frustrated at the time; my twin daughter was hospitalized after her appendix bursted; couple days later my family and I met in a car accident and the person I was suppose to be dating knew all about it but wasn't in touch with me." she states, "I then said, f*ck it, good girls gone bad yow..then I came up with the lyrics and the melody for the song." She has come a long way...undoubtedly, fans are already lined up awaiting her next new single-they love listening to her stories; most are able to somehow relate to the lyrics of her music releases.
Several weeks ago, Amari (DJ Mona-Lisa), America's famous broadcaster met into a terrible accident while traveling on the Florida Turnpike. Amari's children walked from the accident totally unhurt; however, Amari suffered several burns and bruises..the vehicle was totally destroyed. Looking back Amari (DJ Mona-Lisa) reflects on the encounter. "It's amazing that I am still alive." She says. "I'm definitely here for a purpose".
